I am seeking to move out of my current apartment into a cohousing or shared apartment situation, in response to a reduced budget. I sense this is a bit of a karmic trial for me, as I didn't take one great housing opportunity I had and now am choosing among more mediocre options. I'm less interested in identifying the best place to move into at this time, so much as understanding what I should understand about this housing search as it relates to me - what about me is being tested by this search?
