I'd propose asking the Runes "What does Michele most need to focus on for 2025?" with the spread "Setting (what's going on around you and in your life that's most relevant to the question), Focus (whatever you need to pay most attention to), and Outcome(s) (what's most likely to come about if you do, in fact, focus on what's indicated)."
