As mentioned in an earlier post, I recently read Shadow Tech by Colin E. Davis and Melissa Mari, and now I've put my thoughts together on it. Altogether, a helpful book, but as is often the case, I found myself wanting more straightforwardly hands-on advice than I found here (but that might be a personal failing).

But it may not be useful to go around always trying to be conscious of the choices your unconscious is making - moderation in all things maybe.
I don't really have any answers, but I think a useful question to think about at times is: do you want to be a saint or a god? ie which behaviour do you want to project in a particular situation?
Anyway thanks for the review, it gave me things to think about.
