Ah, interesting, I hadn't considered it from that angle! Certainly I've seen some folks say that many quantum physicists have basically arrived at "everything is consciousness at a fundamental level," which would be dealing with at least the mental plane, if not higher, though I think most would complain about that characterization and would maintain that they're just dealing with material reality.
