Date: 2024-04-07 11:57 pm (UTC)Muscle mass, types of muscle and center of gravity difference. Certainly women can if they realy work at it to get there, and alot of them do who want to wirk out that much, but it is not something they can just go and do like men.
Whats interesting is the prponderance of articles mention there are real psyical differences and then just brush that aside and say women just need to work harder and work up to it. That is our times for you. While it is true that they can, why do they push it ? It is also ok I think to focus on ones strengths and then for the women that want to be firefighters and in the military or are gym rats, sure they can work super hard and be able to do push up and pull ups. There will still always be these inate physical differences though which is why teh whole trans younf men in young womens swimming teams and weaight lifting teams is so bad. ANd average guy is going to beat the top young women, even though those young women work out and do push ups and such
