For the heck of it the other day, on an off time from the five rites I mostly did one Dand as you describe, and yep, there is no way I could do more, maybe not ever, we will see, so I kind of completed one, enough that I get what you described and what you are doing. While there are some women who work out and could do it, there realy is a huge difference in upper body strength, I guy who is not in particularly great shape can do them, but an average woman who doesnt work out cannot
