Thanks for the new blog! I know little about Revival Druidry and have no suggestions to offer for missing important points.
Human groups have life spans much like organisms. Young, spontaneous and creative people belong to the startup phase. At a certain point rules are formalized and people who do not fit in have to be kept out. Finally a generation of young grows up that ignores the group, and it slowly dies out. Perhaps someone has written a book on the ecology of human groups :)
