I think I can work with that, and I think Ogham might be best suited. I'd propose the following:
"What does anonymous most need to understand about his mental state?" with the spread "Setting (what's going on around you, whether locally or globally), Mind (your own patterns of thought and feeling), and Deeds (anything concrete contributing/to be done)."
Let me know if that works, and whether you'd rather I use a different handle than "anonymous" (it shouldn't make a difference to the reading, but happy to accommodate either way).
