I think of the 2nd rite as a work up to the plow posture, so I do it as written making sure to get the feet as far as I can and then after all my reps, I do a shoulder stand and go into the beginning of the plow , which for right now, my toes are about 4 inches still from reaching the floor. I dont hold too long, then roll up and go on. For the 3rd rite, I am trying to think of it as basically like the camel, or leading up to it, so then on my last rep, I just go into camel with my finger tips ack on my heels and hold but not for too long. Between each rite I stand up and put my hands on hips and take a few deep breaths and feel energy radiating out to the rest of my body from the solar plexus area on both inhale and exhale. The 5 rite has been hardest as my feet slip, I am not on carpet, but I think I have that figured out, and I also go into downward dog with pressing my heels down, then down into what might be upward dog, but I find your depiction intriguing but we will see as I dont have as much arm strength. I have been at 15 reps for a while and looks like that will be my extent until I get stronger. I do them at night, then go do the tepid water washclothe all over wash and off to bed
